Did a great job under difficult circumstances. Found a buyer and completed the sale quickly. I had many questions and he was always prompt to answer. Things were complicated because I life in Belize (a developing country in Central America) where the postal system is "developing" as well. What really impressed me was how quickly he found a buyer and followed-up on details. I would recommend Jaryd to anyone without reservation!

Don't let Jaryd's age fool you. He's smart, energetic, enthusiastic and wise beyond his years. Jaryd recently listed my home which went into a bidding war. Jaryd's advice on the listing price as well as the sales strategy was spot on and I sold my home well above the listing price. Jaryd kept me informed of the offers coming in by text and email. Jaryd ultimately provided a detailed report of the offers in order with the strongest at the top which allowed me to focus on the best offers and not waste time wading through the paperwork
